Using ROMA for Continuous Quality Improvement

We believe that the Community Action Network is ready to consider moving from having theoretical knowledge about ROMA and how the phases of the ROMA cycle are woven together, to creating a concrete pathway toward improving ability to achieve results. Our attendees gained the skills and insight needed as a ROMA Trainer or Implementer to create their own Impact Pathway Plan to improve their agency's results.
