Income Qualified Weatherization Program Backed by Duke Energy

About the Program
The Duke Energy Income-Qualified Weatherization Program is a FREE comprehensive weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades program administered by the North Carolina Community Action Association (NCCAA). This program is designed to help income-eligible Duke Energy North and South Carolina customers lower their energy bills and improve the overall energy efficiency of their homes. The program is available to single-family homes and multifamily units, both owners and renters with owner approval. Eligibility of participation is determined by the weatherization office and an in-home assessment. In addition to the installation of energy-efficiency measures, customers also receive information on their home's energy use and strategies to reduce energy costs in the future.

To Qualify, You Must:
Be a Duke Energy Carolinas or Duke Energy Progress customer with an active account, and have household income that's at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as indicated by the income eligibility guidelines below:
