We couldn't put on The Big Pop Up without your time and energy! This page has all the information you need to volunteer. We will continue to update this as more information is finalized so check back for updates!

Volunteer Waiver

You must fill out this waiver in order to volunteer with us. Please send your completed waiver to Tasha at tasha.lucas@nccaa.net or bring it with you when you come for your shift.

COVID Guidelines

We will be following all COVID guidelines including requiring all volunteers and staff to wear masks and have their temperature checked before starting.

Bathrooms

The PNC Arena is allowing volunteers and staff to use their bathroom facilities. You'll need to keep your reflective vest on in order to enter the PNC Arena. Vests will be provided to you when you check in.

We'll provide lunch and drinks!

You'll be working hard during this massive give-away event so lunch is on us! Food and drink will be provided in boxes for every person to reduce risk of COVID exposure.

Volunteering on Jan 22-25

If you're volunteering on any day before the main event, you will receive special instructions from your staff lead on where to go, when to meet, where to park, etc.

Volunteering on Jan 26

Upon arrival we ask you to put a mask on and wait in your car while our medical professional takes your temperature. Once you are cleared, go to the check in tent. From there you'll receive your volunteer materials and be pointed towards your stations. Please find your staff lead to let them know you've arrived and learn more about your station.
